La Lupinella
Chianti
The Bitossi family has inhabited Tuscany since the 16th century, where they’ve worked the land to obtain a unique form of clay for ceramics production. Today, that same raw land becomes raw material for growing traditional varieties from the area that produce wines of precision and pleasure. The manual nature of the work in the vineyard, deep respect for the environment, and expressiveness of the native grape varieties inspire a deep desire to experiment. The winery aims to bring tradition into play with modernity, following the natural artistic inclination of a land that has always made creativity its destiny. Lupinella is the symbol of the convergence between man and nature, between anthropic techniques and environmental inclinations, an icon of an agriculture that lives a constant relationship of reciprocity with the land.
Wines

Bianca
A white wine with a fresh and bright character. The grapes are carefully selected: a small part is picked from the bunch by hand and added during fermentation in terracotta jars, to intensify the aromatic profile of the wine.

Rossa
A charming Chianti that balances traditional and modern winemaking to create a refreshing take on Sangiovese. Three different ageing processes go into craft the profile here: cement, tonneau and large oak barrels.

Il Lupinello
Blending red and white varieties, Il Lupinello has a lifted and refreshing profile, combining the best attributes of both styles. Cheerful red fruit shines against a surprising citrusy quality, all set against delicate tannins and acidity. Perfectly served with a chill.
